Looking for something fun to do this weekend? Come out to Independence for our final weekend of our Parade of Homes event this Saturday and Sunday and tour 6 of our most popular floor plans including the highly anticipated Mayberry. Start the tour at our Whimbrel model, recently awarded Best Active Adult Home in Delaware.
If you plan to visit on Saturday, stop by the Independence Clubhouse for our 3rd Annual Arts & Craft Fair from 9am until 2pm. Even bigger than the last, this year the show will include 40 artists and crafters selling everything from jewelry, pottery, fused glass, stained glass, greeting cards, garden stakes, knitted/crocheted/embroidered/quilted items, soaps, candles, woodworking, and so much more! This is a great time to start your holiday shopping and check-off your gift list with handmade, one-of-a-kind items. Admission is free.
