Once completed, there will be 247 single-family homes. The lot sizes range from 1/4 to 1/3 acre. The total community spans 256 acres, and includes protected wetlands and borders Love Creek.

HOA Fees

HOA Fees are $295 per month and include: maintenance of the clubhouse, pool, multi-court, pocket parks, trash removal, grass cutting on your property, common area maintenance including ponds, streets, sidewalks, landscaping, street lights, and snow removal.

Property Taxes

Property taxes typically range from $2,000 to $4,500 per year (yes, per year, not per month). We know that seems too low to be true. Delaware also has no sales tax and consistently ranks in the top 5 for the most tax-friendly states.
