Home Site and Floor Plan Tour

All of our Community Sales Managers have training in construction and on-site tours. After we have concluded that Schell Brothers is a good fit, we can get out on-site and explore the available homes and sites we have to offer.

In addition, we have access to many virtual guides and tours inside our sales centers and right at our fingertips. So don't let a rainy day sto you from coming in because we can virtually (pun intended) explore all we have to offer in the comfort of our model home.

Pricing a Home

Our sales centers have kiosks that allow us to screen share during the pricing appointment, which means pricing is transparent. With the help of our Online Design Studio, we provide you with a complete understanding of your new home and how you can personalize it.

The Purchase

You have selected the site and personalized the home that works best for you. We will explain what it means to purchase a Schell Brothers home and set expectations about your exciting new home journey.

When it comes to leveraging software and technology, we’ve been ahead of the curve compared to most builders. Our ones and zeros are just as important to us as our hammer and nails. Therefore, we have an entire department dedicated to Innovation.

Our proprietary Heartbeat Customer Portal has made the homebuying experience that much better. This program allows our buyers to have one place where they can communicate with all of our staff via an easy text messaging platform. In addition, buyers can get design inspiration, track their build, view all their documents related to their home and manage warranty items post-build.

Construction Process

Be a part of your build.

Whether you are building your home right around the corner or from thousands of miles away, we want you to be involved and informed as your new home is being built. Follow your home’s construction journey with regular updates and progress reports on Heartbeat.

In addition to the regularly scheduled meetings before, during, and after construction, our Construction Managers will connect with you frequently to provide updates and answer any questions you may have.

We are here for you, before and after your build.

We are committed to providing superior customer service, and we know how important it is for us to stay in touch with our homeowners even after they have settled. Heartbeat’s Warranty Portal ensures that we do just that by allowing homeowners to submit requests, contact our warranty department, and track their progress right in Heartbeat.
