Welcoming fall and saying goodbye to summer has been a little challenging for the team here at Independence—only because it’s now unacceptable to wear flip flops to work, but who is really regulating that anyway? This summer was more than good to our team at Independence and there is so much to be excited about moving into the fall season.
October has undoubtedly been a month full of activity for the Schell Brothers team. We are offering huge incentives, welcoming new homeowners and as always, we are still finding time for a little fall fun out here at the beach. We are more than excited to announce the opening of the much anticipated new phase of homesites. This new phase will boast 19 new homesites in close proximity to the clubhouse and amenities. Many of the newly released homesites will offer amazing views and open spaces. Be sure to check out the new homesites on our updated siteplan online.
Along with the long awaited homesites, we are also excited to introduce The Whimbrel, our newest home design in the Courtyard Series! This new floorplan has proven to be an excellent addition to the Schell home plan lineup at Independence. We are beyond excited to announce that the Whimbrel will be our new model here at Independence and we are counting down the days until we break ground!
New homesites and a new floorplan are not the only exciting things happening at Indy this month. This is the best part… We are hosting yet another party! (Are you surprised?) Mark your calendars for our first annual Fall Fest this Sunday October 27th from 12pm to 4pm. We will be welcoming our favorite local breweries and restaurants to be a part of this event. Join us and enjoy beer tastings, amazing food and of course, good times.
The energy around here is contagious, and the only way to believe it is to become part of it. As we gear up for the holiday season we are really looking forward to more great things to come at Independence!
