Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day are great times to visit the beach and it’s also a wonderful time for our employees to enjoy some well-deserved time off with family and friends. So here’s our plan: we’re keeping a few offices open – Independence, Lewes Landing and Sunset Harbour – and the sales managers at both locations will be available to answer questions and provide tours of all Schell Brothers communities. The two communities are conveniently located and we’ll have plenty of refreshing drinks available to wet your whistle.

We invite you to visit Independence, Lewes Landing and Sunset Harbour on the following dates:
