Condo Fees are $219 per month. The amenities (Summer 2023 completion) will include: outdoor pool with pool house and grill station, pickleball courts, community garden, tot lot/playground, and fenced dog park area. All common area maintenance including: landscaping, irrigation, roads, sidewalks, street lights, snow removal (main roads, not driveways), and pond with fountains. This fee also includes grass cutting, fertilization, and trash removal.
Property taxes typically range from $1,500 to $2,000 per year (yes, per year, not per month). We know that seems too low to be true. Delaware also has no sales tax and consistently ranks in the top 5 for the most tax-friendly states.
