Located on the 95 corridor it's easy to get in and out of Richmond. When you live in RVA, you're a two-hour drive from the mountains, the beach, and the nation's capital! “From Chesterfield to Henrico and everywhere in between, Richmond is fortunate enough to have a little bit of everything. Home to both Drive Shack and Top Golf, put your athletic skills to the test. If you’re more of the spectator type, downtown is home to The Diamond and the Flying Squirrels AA baseball team. Between the Watermelon Festival, the Folk Festival, and The RVA Bacon festival to name a few, there is something to enjoy every single weekend. Don’t forget we are also home to the James River where you can spend your day boating, kayaking or tubing!”

Get away from the grind and hike, bike, paddle, or pedal your way through some of Richmond's most beautiful parks and landscapes. Did you know you can kayak right through downtown Richmond? "Libby Hill Park overlooks the James River and has a great view of the city skyline! The best time to go is right around sunset so you can really enjoy the views. I grab dinner and my dogs, and it is always a perfect evening!"
