Note: By registering your customers, you’re agreeing to the terms outlined in our Real Estate Agent Rewards Program. Clients will be sent an email confirming they have been registered by you as their real estate agent.

Terms & Conditions

To be eligible for the Real Estate Agent Rewards Program, the following registration guidelines must apply:

  1. The online registration is valid for six months. It is the responsibility of the Agent to re-register his/her Clients after the expiration date in order to be eligible for any applicable Schell Brothers Rewards Program(s).
  2. The Customer visited a Schell Brothers/Kincade Homes community and/or Branch Out Division as a result of the Agent's recommendation.
  3. The Customer was registered by the Agent before or during the Customer's first visit to a Schell Brothers community.
  4. The Customer acknowledges, that the Agent referred him/her to a Schell Brothers/ Kincade Homes community and/or Branch Out Division.
  5. Schell Brothers/Kincade Homes will only pay one Broker commission per sale. In the event the customer is registered by multiple Agents, Schell Brothers will pay the real estate agent designated by the customer at time of contract.
  6. The Customer has been presented with a Customer Information Sheet (CIS).
  7. Schell Brothers reserves the right to pay the broker commission prior to settlement after contract ratification and receipt of a mortgage pre approval and/or proof of funds available to settle on the property. However, in the event the Customer terminates the contract, defaults on the contract, or does not settle on the property for any reason, Agent/Broker agrees to reimburse Schell Brothers for the full commission paid. Agent also reserves the right not to be paid prior to settlement.

All Good Things Don’t Really Have to End!

All good things must come to an end . . . or DO they?  Of course not!  As we enter the final phase at the Retreat at Love Creek, I realize that the fun we’ve had here will come to an end as we move on after completion.  However, for YOU it can last forever.  Seriously!

Anyone who has driven through The Retreat at Love Creek knows that it’s a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by a conservation area, but it’s the people who live here that make it a special community.  When you build a new home, you want to know that you will have great neighbors.  The folks who live here are second to none.
For me, it’s been a lot of fun meeting the homeowners and watching the community grow, and I want to thank them for all they’ve done for us.  They’ve participated in developing the character of the community, from providing Christmas cookies to extending party invitations to sharing conversations on the street with future homeowners who happen to drive through.  Any time we asked for help from the neighborhood we always ended up with more than we needed.  It has been a great experience all around.
If the residents are this great to us, you can only imagine how generous these neighbors are with each other.  And I haven’t even mentioned the community happy hours, clubs, dine-out nights, and more.  This spirit is something you can enjoy every day for the rest of your life.  Who wouldn’t want to live in a great community that is made up of fun and generous neighbors?

We are down to our final homesites and, at our current sales pace, we look to be wrapping this Lewes Delaware community up by the end of 2012.  The good news is we still do have a few homesites that back to the wooded conservation area and creek, plus some that back to the serene ponds with fountains.   Either way, you won’t have to worry about dealing with construction in the community for very long because we are nearing completion.
So, as Schell Brothers gets closer to completing another chapter in our book, it could be the perfect time to start a new one in yours that doesn’t have to end.  Come join the fun!

So excited about the Schell Brothers grand opening at The Villages at Herring Creek this weekend, April 2-3!  The community is such a quiet scenic neighborhood and then to be releasing our brand new floor plan as the model home is just that much more added excitement.
We have made all the arrangements for this weekend and are now just putting all the final touches on the model.  We’ll have plenty of beverages, beer, wine, hors d’oeuvres, and free stuff to give away in our raffle.  Our raffle items include a $100 gift card, car washes, and a Kevin Fleming Wild Delmarva Book that showcases amazing pictures of the area.
I personally love the new Mulberry floor plan, which is the new model at Herring Creek.  The open area living space combined with the outdoor courtyard area is perfect for this coastal area.  Being a fan of spending as much time outside as possible, the courtyard is basically an extension of your living space without a roof and can be accessed from three different rooms of the home.  It’s truly an awesome concept.
