Every year, we work our hardest to make our customers happy. We implement intricate marketing campaigns, spend months working on floor plan designs, and call on many hands to make our model homes and design studios beautiful. Although the greatest accomplishment is a happy customer, we are just as ecstatic to be recognized for the hard work of our company and the hard work of our employees. This year we are so excited to announce that we won 15 awards at the Regal Awards hosted by the Home Builders Association of Delaware.
MARKETING AWARDS
Our in-house marketing team takes great pride in our work and often uses homeowners, employees, and our four-legged friends as much as we can. This years’ award winning campaigns focused on employees not only loving their Schell Brothers home but also where they work, fully believing in the company’s mission of happiness. The Building Happiness at Home and Work campaign won Best Print Ad and Best Image Campaign. Our 12 Days of Giving initiative to extend holiday cheer and kindness to Sussex County received Best Social Media Campaign, Retire In DE won Best Informational Brochure and our Tail Wagging Testimonials featuring employee pets won Best Commercial.
