We highly encourage all homeowners to take advantage of the opportunity to attend a Preview Appointment prior to their Final Selections. The Preview Appointment serves as day one of the design journey which gives you two days in one of our acclaimed design studios.
While the Preview Appointment isn’t a full day meeting, it does provide a few hours to familiarize yourself with the space and view the offered selections in person. In addition to gaining access to samples, the Preview Appointment is an opportunity to learn more about the design process, and what to expect on Final Selections day. Most homeowners can confirm selections after viewing them in-person at the Preview Appointment, making Final Selections a much smoother and enjoyable meeting. Additionally, by choosing to attend a Preview Appointment, you will have the opportunity to follow up on pricing with your Community Sales Manager.
