We have two young boys, so being on the same floor as them was important to us. We love to host, so an open floor plan was key. We love the outdoors and find ourselves on our screen porch almost daily. The bathroom is great, the shower is fantastic, my wife is in love with the soaking tub. The windows in our main living space make the home feel huge, and during the day, the house is flooded with natural light.

We love the open floor plan of The Heather. It's the perfect size for a retirement home, and we like that the guest bedroom is on the opposite end from the Owner's Suite.
