I liked that the living space was primarily all on one floor, with the owner's suite and main living areas in the back of the house, which is more private. I liked the "L" shaped flow of the great room, kitchen, and dining room, which still allowed for each room to be separate but maintained the open views and light throughout the space. The windows throughout were great, allowing lots of natural light into all spaces.

The Orchid is large enough but not overwhelming. I like the option to have a loft, basement, and screened-in porch. All the windows are wonderful as I am a light person. I like one-floor living the best, and the loft provides me with another room.
