The whole layout works so perfectly for me to telework and live on the first floor and have family and friends visit and have the whole upstairs. The spacious kitchen and connecting great room with the wall of windows was exactly what I wanted. I also LOVE the front porch, when I saw this elevation for The Saybrook, I knew this was the home for me. I always dreamed of having a home with an inviting front porch; after decades of city living in a high rise, this is a dream come true!

We were attracted to the front elevation because we wanted a front porch, and we liked the dormers and metal roof. The floor plan meets our needs as we wanted the great room and owner's bedroom on the first floor along with only one additional room - a study/den. The stairs leading to the second floor are not right at the front door and are less obvious when in the great room. We wanted two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs away from the main living area.
