Our proprietary Heartbeat Customer Portal has made the homebuying experience that much better. This program allows our buyers to have one place where they can communicate with all of our staff via an easy text messaging platform. In addition, buyers can get design inspiration, track their build, view all their documents related to their home and manage warranty items post-build.

Heartbeat is an amazing part of the process because everything from the beginning to the end is still there. We can still go in and see all the pictures from the hole that was dug all the way to the final touches. All of our documents are there for future reference too.

Our Heartbeat portal provides access to our online design center, and provides helpful tools and tips to prepare you for your Design Appointment. We make choosing beautiful finishes fun and easy. In addition to spending a full day with a design professional in our Dare to Dream Design Studio, buyers can browse our Online Design Studio to view inspiration photos and create finish collages. In addition to the regularly scheduled meetings before, during, and after construction, our Construction Managers will connect with you frequently to provide updates and answer any questions you may have.
