We were looking for a house with most of the living area on the first floor, but we also wanted a second floor for visitors. Our favorite features of The Montauk are the spacious and attractive owner's suite, the stained beams in the great room, and the well-designed storage in the Chef's Kitchen. We are especially pleased with the brightness of the house due to all the windows.

This is our retirement home. We chose The Montauk because we wanted a small home where we could live all on one floor, should the need arise. We added a loft for visitors and really love how it added to the architectural features of the house, particularly with the exposed beams.
