There will be 199 homesites once the community is complete. Homesites can accommodate basements and pools.

HOA Fees

Red Cedar Farm's HOA fee is $162 a month and includes on-lot mow and blow service, as well as full maintenance of common areas including landscaping, ponds, sidewalks, entrance features, and amenities. Garbage and recycling are included through City of Milford property taxes, which also cover services like police, roads, snow removal, parks, and city operations (utilities are billed separately). Planned amenities, expected Summer/Fall 2027, include a clubhouse with lounge and bar, outdoor lanai with fireplace, pool with sundeck, pickleball and basketball courts, tot lot, walking path, and community garden planters.
