We wanted a smaller home for the two of us plus one room for visitors. The Newport was ideal with an open floor plan, fantastic kitchen upgrade options, and other upgrades that we chose. The floor plan is easy to navigate, functional, attractive, and especially with the cathedral ceiling in the great room, gives a sense of space even though the home itself is not large.
