The Schell Brothers experience doesn’t just end at settlement, it’s just the beginning.
We know building a new home often comes with an exciting new chapter—but it can also mean leaving behind familiar routines, favorite places, and the relationships that made a community feel like home.
While we’re proud to build homes our homeowners love, we know a beautiful home is only part of the experience. Feeling connected to the people around you matters just as much.
That belief has always been part of The Schell Difference. From neighborhood happy hours to community events hosted by our sales teams, we’ve always looked for ways to help homeowners build relationships early on.
Now, we’re taking that commitment even further with the launch of Schell Circle in 2026.
Designed as an opportunity for homeowners across all neighborhoods to engage, Schell Circle creates both virtual and in-person opportunities for homeowners to meet, connect, and belong. From book clubs and walking groups to pickleball meetups, happy hours, and other interest-based gatherings, Schell Circle makes it easier to form meaningful relationships with neighbors who share similar passions. Even better, it all lives in an easy to navigate platform where you can find fun groups, clubs, and events! You can chat on the platform and share ideas or meet up for fun events!
Because the Schell Brothers experience doesn’t end at settlement—it’s just the beginning.
Our goal is simple: to continue expanding our Culture of Happiness by helping homeowners create lasting friendships, shared experiences, and a true sense of community long after move-in day.
Friday June 5th, 5-8 at Schellville. This will be our official launch publicly to our homeowners! We have three bands, open bar, and free subs and ice cream! It should be a fun night.
