We chose The Catalina because it looked like a classic "beach house" which we really wanted, and the super open floor plan and structural options fit our lifestyle perfectly. We have four kids - two are adults and two are teenagers. We wanted a place to gather, so the 2nd floor of The Catalina - with the huge kitchen, dining, and great room + the 2nd owner's suite - is perfect. We love the rec room and added a 5th bedroom there. The 3rd floor is laid out perfectly. The deck options are incredible - we got all of them! Overall, it is just the house of our dreams. Read less
