We loved the dramatic Waterford great room with floor-to-ceiling windows, the ability of options to expand to meet personal family needs, and the entrance foyer to the home. Also, we like the open kitchen that feeds off the dining room and great room.

We needed a guest room with a bath on the first floor, but we also wanted a 2-story great room with windows. And we needed a flex room big enough for a baby grand piano. We also liked that we could use the sunroom extension as an extended dining room because we have an extra-long dining room table and hutch. So, The Waterford was perfect for us.
