We loved the open floor plan and the location of the stairs of The Shearwater. The owner's suite on the first floor was a priority. We also loved the wrap-around porch option for our elevation. The wet bar option makes the kitchen look even larger and a smoother transition. Our kids are in love with The Shearwater's loft and extra space for a study nook.
