The reason we chose The Kingfisher was because of the optimization we could do with our kitchen. The kitchen is certainly the hub of our home, and we were able to get our dream kitchen layout with the Extended Chef's Kitchen. The large Command Center island makes for a perfect snack and homework station for the kids when they come home from school. Love our Kingfisher!!

Wonderful design with awesome 2-story great room and floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. Exceptional first-floor owner's suite. The basement is incredible. The huge windows in the great room, sunroom, and bedrooms allow so much light and openness. We like everything about The Kingfisher!
