We love the openness of The Chesapeake and tons of natural light. Since I work from home, I appreciate the office being towards the front of the house, almost out of site from the main living area, to provide a much-needed separation.

Our Chesapeake has an amazing floor plan with enough space for everyone to be together for quality time while still having our private spaces for alone time. Entertaining in our open kitchen is inclusive and allows everyone to gather freely. Bedroom 2 is our guest room and it almost feels like its own "wing" of the house. The kids have rule of the upstairs with the loft for hanging out, and the unfinished storage area takes the place of any basement and then some. The prize winner is the giant window in the great room. Watching the sunset through it is a real pleasure.
