We are a young family, so we liked the idea of having the owner's suite on the same level as the kids' rooms for closer/easier access to them. The optional playroom was a big selling point for us; we liked that it was a separate space and not in a common area such as a loft like other floor plans. The office space was also a selling point for us. We did not find the need for an entire separate dining area, so having the bumped-out dining area from the kitchen was perfect for what we needed. We loved the optional screened-in porch, the big mudroom and pantry, and the large laundry room.

The Brady was the best home for us as we have young children, and all the bedrooms are located upstairs. However, we still like the "great room" aspect of the home downstairs. We love the space that we can dedicate to organizing our life: mudroom, pantry, laundry room, and walk-in closets.
