Hello! My name is Josh Stone, and I am a Community Sales Manager for Schell Brothers in Boise, Idaho. I recently moved here and have quickly fallen in love with the picturesque mountain landscape and everything this area has to offer.

I grew up in the Washington, D.C. area and remain a huge Washington Capitals, Washington Commanders, and New York Yankees fan. I am also the proud dad of my daughter, Sophie, who will be attending Ole Miss in the fall. I could not be more excited for her and proud of the young woman she has become.

When I am not helping customers find their new home, you can usually find me watching one of my favorite teams, fishing the Boise River, walking the Greenbelt, or exploring the area in search of great restaurants.

I started working for Schell Brothers in 2016 and have been selling new homes since 2003. Before beginning my career in new home sales, I worked in the mortgage industry, which has been incredibly helpful when discussing financing options with my customers. I truly love this career and enjoy playing a small role in helping people realize their dreams of owning a new home.
