We chose The Jasmine for its open floor plan and the first-floor owner's suite that is not able to be seen from the main room. It's just the right size for us as we are downsizing from a larger home. It was not too large and not too small. Goldilocks.

We loved the openness of The Jasmine. We love the outside of the house and all the different angles The Jasmine offers. The island in the kitchen is amazing. We also love the staircase and all the large windows for natural light. We love our new home!
