There is limited onsite parking. There is free parking at the Park & Ride by Fresh Market and the Rehoboth Little League Fields on Holland Glade Rd. Ride our FREE shuttles on any SATURDAY and receive a complimentary hot cocoa ticket! Limited handicap parking is available behind the Tanger Outlets, in front of the Schellville Entrance. NO PARKING AT EPWORTH CHURCH!

Due to the snow, unsafe wind gusts, and extreme cold temperatures we will be CLOSED today Sunday 12/14.
Please know that we do not make these decisions lightly and they are made with the safety of our guests, volunteers, vendors, and staff as the top priority.
Hours this week are Monday-Thursday 5-9PM. Friday-Sunday 1-4PM & 5-9PM. We will see you then!

WHAT IS SCHELLVILLE?

A magical winter village, and so much more!

In 2017, Schell Brothers dreamt of a magical Christmas village called Schellville. Their first season delighted the Coastal Delaware community with nine beautifully decorated miniature houses, plenty of activities, and Christmas trees. In 2022, Schell Brothers announced a vast expansion. With this growth, it expanded the footprint to 5.5 acres of Christmas cheer, which includes train rides, snow zones, magical snow for 15 minutes each hour, Santa & Mrs. Claus, many additional houses, an artisan alley that features many local small crafters, and plenty of fun to delight local families!
