The Mulberry at The Villages at Herring Creek

The Mulberry features a gourmet kitchen with bar seating and a bright open breakfast area, perfect for a large table, a flex room on the first floor that may be used as a study, den, living room, bedroom, or formal dining room. This home was designed to “live” around an outdoor courtyard space that opens from the living room, dining area, and master bedroom. Careful attention was given to the elevation of the outdoor space, which was raised to provide the ideal transition between the indoor and outdoor rooms. The large picture windows that were selected at the rear of the home enhance these spatial relationships.
