The proposed amenity for The Estates at Bridgewater boasts resort-style living focused around Dirickson Creek. HOA Fees

The Estates at Bridgewater's HOA fee is $281 a month and includes: Curbside garbage and recycling services, on-lot lawn care and organic turf treatments, access to all community amenities, common area landscaping with irrigation, snow removal of the streets and maintenance of entrance monuments, streets, sidewalks, streetlights, community ponds, and professional property management company with lifestyle direction for optional activities available.

Property Taxes

Property taxes typically range from $2,000 - $ 4,500 per year . . . not per month. . . per year. Yes, we know that seems too low to be true ;). Delaware also has no sales tax and consistently ranks in the top 5 for the most tax-friendly states.
