1. Already Own a Lot?

If you already own a lot you are half way there. We are currently only accepting opportunities to build on properties located near one of our existing communities, Durham Farms, Oak Hall IV, & The Reserve at Horn Springs.

2. Find the Right Home Plan

We’ll help you narrow down the floor plan that works best for your lifestyle. If you don’t already have a survey for your property, we’ll ask you to request one to be sure your favorite plan will fit. Not sure where to start? Our team can help!

3. It's Time to Talk

Schedule an appointment! We will review additional factors with you, such as city/county sewer availability, deed restrictions, and whether items need to be cleared from the lot to make it buildable.
