I'm ridiculously proud of her, and let's be honest, her success pretty much guarantees my job security. 😉
After about a year of living vicariously through Karen and Schell Brothers' legendary company culture I finally decided to join the fun. In March 2012 I started my sales career in new home construction and let me tell you, it's been nothing like I expected. In the best way possible! I love it!

Since 2012, I've had the distinct privilege of being part of more amazing Schell Brothers experiences than I can count, and I've even collected a few shiny awards along the way. I've been dubbed Sales Star for Schell Brothers in both 2016 and 2021, Top Sales for Schell Brothers in 2017, Front Lines Award for Schell Brothers in 2020, and was recognized as Most Dedicated for Schell Brothers in 2023. I've also had the immense pleasure of helping the company expand its happy footprint into our Nashville and Boise divisions, spreading our unique brand of culture and mission of happiness. You're welcome, America!
On the national stage, I've even personally been involved in two NAHB (National Association of Home Builders)-recognized gold and silver awards for my work at Schell Brothers. Plus, I've had the pleasure of lending my (unsolicited) wisdom as part of the sales advisory council for Shore Consulting, for creating better homeowner experiences.

Beyond just being part of a company that practically insists on creativity, I'm also a proud co-founder of Tipsy Blokes, Schell Brothers' very own locally brewed beer company (yes, you read that right). I also co-founded and co-host Beachfront Banter, the Schell Brothers podcast, bringing you fun and unique information on everything local, one sip and one listen at a time. However, to truly top it all off, my proudest (and most self-appointed) achievement has been becoming the Self-Proclaimed King of Community Happy Hours, fostering good vibes, sparking friendships, and building long lasting communities!
