Hi there – I’m Alli Perry!

I’m a proud Delaware native, born and raised in the small town of Milford and lucky enough to have lived just 20 minutes from our beautiful beaches my whole life. I truly am a Delaware girl through and through! I graduated from the University of Delaware (Go Blue Hens!), met my husband while waiting tables at the Grotto Pizza Grand Slam in Lewes, and even said "I do" with my toes in the sand on Rehoboth Beach. The beach is more than a place to visit – it’s part of who I am.

These days, my greatest joy is my family. I’ve been blessed with two amazing little boys, Joseph and Jacob, who have completely stolen my heart. Our favorite way to make memories is packing up for a day at Cape Henlopen’s drive-on beach, fishing, playing, and soaking up the sun together. And yes, I also am said to be know as the “crazy cat lady” of the sales team... but let’s just say the kids have taken the spotlight now!

We also live in a Schell home ourselves, which brings such meaning to the work I do every day. (Check out the blog post: Building Happiness at Work and Home.) I know firsthand the joy and peace that comes from finding the right place to call home — and I consider it an honor to help others experience that, too. Helping families like yours find their ideal home at the beach truly brings together two of my favorite things: real estate at the beach and relationships.

I believe in leading with kindness, working with integrity, and listening well. I’m grounded by my faith and believe every person I meet is part of a bigger story. My approach is all about getting to know YOU — where you are in life, what you value, and what you’re truly looking for in a home.
