New Home Sales Assistant
Sales Assistants are the lifeblood of the sales team. It is an accessory role and gives someone the opportunity to be a part of the sales process. This is an hourly position and can be either part or full time (depending on the needs of the business). Sales Assistants can find themselves performing a variety of functions as a part of the sales process including staffing sales centers when other sales staff isn't in, assisting with paperwork, scheduling, etc..., and communicating with our customers. New home sales experience is an asset to this role, but is not required.

Customer Service Technician
We are looking to fill a position in our Customer Service department! Customer Service Technicians are the lifeblood of the warranty division of the company. They respond to service calls for customers who have already finished a home with us but are still under warranty. Duties include repair work, networking with trade-partners if necessary, communication with the customers, as well as other duties that are required to fulfill our warranty requirements.

Community Sales Manager

Accounting Clerk (AP/AR)
We’re looking for a full-time Accounting Clerk to process Accounts Payable vouchers in various accounting software, code vouchers to appropriate GL accounts, process prepayments for miscellaneous vendors and reconcile the prepayments against vouchers. Sort and prepare checks for signatures and mailing, research vendor issues when needed and invoice clients and collect on payment. The position will also be responsible for processing Accounts Receivable invoicing, collections, create and amend billing schedules, and effectively communicate with customers and financial institutions. This position also assists with the month and year end close process. Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have at least one year Accounting experience; very detail oriented; self-motivated; and takes pride in their work.

This administrative role is responsible for providing administrative and personal support to executive management, representing the executive office when corresponding with the public, vendors and internal departments, expense management, screening and fielding calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports, presentations and data; receiving and directing visitors.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2 + years prior experience supporting at the executive level in a dynamic environment
Sensitivity to confidential matters required
Required to be available during regular business hours, evenings and weekends to provide support and assistance as needed.
Exhibits professionalism and composure in stressful situations and in meeting short deadlines
Requires strong Microsoft Office knowledge, Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, vendor negotiation skills and the ability to effectively interact with staff at all levels as well as outside clients and vendors
Strong written and verbal communication skills, decision making ability and excellent attention to detail.
