The Graphic Designer will join a team of other designers responsible for all aspects of design innovation, development and execution, including but not limited to Print and Digital Collateral, Print Advertising, Marketing brochures, and Sales Center design. The designer will help prepare print jobs for final layout and be able to work on any type of creative challenge, from identity development to a whole host of print, web, and digital projects. New Home Sales Assistant
Sales Assistants are the lifeblood of the sales team. It is an accessory role and gives someone the opportunity to be a part of the sales process. This is an hourly position and can be either part or full time (depending on the needs of the business). Sales Assistants can find themselves performing a variety of functions as a part of the sales process including staffing sales centers when other sales staff isn't in, assisting with paperwork, scheduling, etc..., and communicating with our customers. They respond to service calls for customers who have already finished a home with us but are still under warranty. Sales & Settlement Coordinator
We’re looking for candidates with a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills to join our fast-paced sales & settlement department. This position involves working through the entire sales contract process from contract initiation to settlement.
· Prepare contract documents for the Sales Team and review submitted contracts for accuracy
· Collect mortgage preapprovals and funds availability documents from buyers
· Process deposits and distribute to appropriate parties
· Manage the broker commission process
· Schedule appointments for pre-settlement orientations and settlements working with buyers, lenders, attorneys and appraisers
· Review HUD-1 and other Settlement Statements prepared by settlement attorneys for accurate financial transaction information
· Work with surveyors and county and town offices to obtain surveys and certificates of occupancy
· Monitor and manage model home leases and related terminations
· A variety of duties related to support of the Sales Team, Construction Team, Accounting and New Home Buyers

Maintain a high level of communication with buyers, internal departments and external clients.
Pay high attention to detail as the position involves responsibility for ensuring accurate contract documents and purchase prices and fees on settlement statements.
Coordinate with all parties involved to confirm that all parts of the sales/settlement process are accurate and completed on time.

We're seeking an outgoing and talented video artist to join our dynamic marketing team located in Rehoboth Beach, DE. This is a full-time position, ideal for those who like long walks on the beach!
This person must know their way around a DSLR camera and editing software (including motion graphics) to create and complete videos that proudly showcase our culture of happiness as well as promote our new home communities located throughout the beach area. We want someone creative and passionate, with a good eye for design and a firm understanding of storytelling. Bonus points for being awesome at depicting abstract thoughts visually and extra bonus points for having experience in flying drones.
We play hard, but also expect to work hard; we mean business. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly-organized, and has a keen attention to detail with strong management skills and the ability to independently make smart decisions when a situation calls for it.
● Assist in/or contribute wholly to the development of the visual concept for each “video”
● Work both collaboratively and independently
● Coordinate, supervise and/or execute all video shoots (and all that involves)
● Manage/maintain all equipment (cameras, lights, batteries, etc.)
● Bachelor’s degree
● At least 2 years of professional experience shooting and editing videos
● Demonstrated expert skill level in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Creative Suite is essential
● Be able to effectively multi-task between multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities
