We are always looking for New Home Sales Associates to join our exciting sales team. The sales team is the face of the company to our customers and is there not only to sell homes, but also our company's culture. Previous sales helps set candidates up for success in this position, but isn't always required. We do offer training programs to help set our sales team members up for success. Sales Associates generally move into the Community Sales Manager role depending on training and performance.

New Home Sales Assistant

Sales Assistants are the lifeblood of the sales team. It is an accessory role and gives someone the opportunity to be a part of the sales process. This is an hourly position and can be either part or full time (depending on the needs of the business). Sales Assistants can find themselves performing a variety of functions as a part of the sales process including staffing sales centers when other sales staff isn't in, assisting with paperwork, scheduling, etc..., and communicating with our customers. New home sales experience is an asset to this role, but is not required.

Customer Service Technician - Delaware

We are looking to fill a position in our Customer Service department! Customer Service Technicians are the lifeblood of the warranty division of the company. They respond to service calls for customers who have already finished a home with us but are still under warranty. Duties include repair work, networking with trade-partners if necessary, communication with the customers, as well as other duties that are required to fulfill our warranty requirements.

We are looking for an energetic go-getter who isn't afraid of taking the next step without being asked to. Community Sales Manager

Site Construction Manager

Schell Brothers - Delaware

We are now hiring for a Site Construction Manager. This position will Manage onsite activities associated with site development to include:

  • Coordinating and supervising site work contractors.
  • Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
  • Managing site development schedules.
  • Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety.
  • Establishing and maintaining quality control procedures.
  • Mitigating and resolving site related problems.
  • Installing and construction of entrance monuments and common area landscaping.
  • Negotiating contracts and securing permits and licenses.
  • Mass site grading to ensure compatibility with home foundation construction.
  • Installation of infrastructure for new communities/phases.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with State and local government building officials.
  • Completing site take-offs and cost estimates.
  • Working with Certified Construction Reviewers (CCRs) to ensure site E&SC compliance.

Candidates should have 3 years of Site Construction Management experience. Qualified candidates should also have a thorough understanding of mass site grading and infrastructure installation.
