Community Service Paying it forward, every day.
We roll up our collective sleeves every year to build the magical Schellville Christmas Village free to families in the community. We not only sponsor Lewes in Bloom; we "dig" in by helping to plant beautiful flowers in Gateway Garden. Schell enjoys a great partnership with the Lewes Historical Society and has donated to Grass Roots Rescue, a local nonprofit working to save at-risk animals in shelters and the community. Our Kudos for Cause campaign partners with non-profits to raise important funds one kudos at a time.

Throwing parties is one of our favorite ways to truly connect with people and show our appreciation. We regularly host celebrations to honor homeowners, real estate agents, employees, and trade partners.

For the average Joe, the idea of spending a long weekend camping with your co-workers is the stuff nightmares are made of, and cringe-worthy at best; but when you’re a Schell employee and a weekend of camping means lounging in the drop-zone of an army of RV’s and 4 days of VIP passes to the Firefly Music Festival, you get really excited.
