Hi! I’m Natalie Hay. Let me introduce myself…

I’m currently enjoying the beach lifestyle at the Delaware shore, but I’m not originally from this area. My large family of 8 moved around a lot and I grew up living in Massachusetts, Minnesota, and South Carolina. But my grandma is from Baltimore and we always spent our summers at the beach in Ocean City, MD so this area has always felt like home.
 
In 2015 I graduated from Worcester State University with a degree in Business and Sociology. At the time I was working as a restaurant manager, but I always had an interest in homes (maybe from moving so many times??). I took a real estate licensure course up in Massachusetts, but decided I was sick of those cold winters and needed to head back to the shore! Because when you can live at the beach, why would you live anywhere else?
 
After hearing about new construction in DE from a neighbor at the beach and wanting to get in the industry I did a lot of research on builders in the area. I quickly discovered Schell Brothers was the best builder at the beach with an amazing company culture and beautiful homes. I started with Schell Brothers in the summer of 2016 as a sales assistant at the Coffee House in downtown Rehoboth. I was able to help introduce people to Schell homes and direct them to the community that would be the best fit for them. Later that fall I joined the sales team and have been in a variety of communities from Lewes to Fenwick Island.
 
Working at Schell Brothers has helped me make some amazing friends and I also met my now husband, Josh, through the company! We got married in the fall of 2019 and moved into our dream Schell Brothers home at Bayside! We both love the beach lifestyle and enjoy days and nights on the pontoon boat with our pup (Australian Shepherd) Rocky, driving out on the beach, and evenings out at the local bars and restaurants.
 
In March of 2021, Josh and I welcomed the latest addition to our family - our beautiful daughter Finley. So days on the beach and boat are now a lot more exciting!
