Leigh Monette!
Community Sales Manager
I am a Richmond native born and raised in Chesterfield County, and graduated college from Virginia Commonwealth University.
I worked in the restaurant industry while in high school and college, where I gained several valuable life lessons and skills; most importantly work ethic, customer service skills and a love for being around people. After graduating from VCU, I began my career at a local countertop company where I worked closely with some of the residential new home builders in the area. That grew into a passion of wanting to play a larger role in helping people through their ENTIRE new home building process. I discovered Schell Brothers through working in the construction industry, and from my college roommate who started working for the company shortly before. After learning about their mission and culture of happiness, I was SOLD! Working for a company whose values align closely with that of your own is so important and not something you find every day. For the last 5 years, I’ve had the pleasure of watching it grow into a family and have always been proud to be a part of it.
When I am not at work you will find me with my fiancé, Andrew and our two dog children, Beau and Ellie. We enjoy trying out one of the many restaurants and craft breweries in RVA!
