The Delaware beaches were never “Just a vacation spot”  
 
Delaware has been my home since the 6th grade, when my family decided to settle here after years of vacationing and falling in love with the local culture and beach life. Growing up, I spent my summers as a lifeguard on Dewey Beach—an experience that allowed me to give back to the community while teaching me invaluable lessons about responsibility, teamwork, and creating meaningful connections.
 
After earning my degree in finance from the University of Delaware, I was drawn to Schell Brothers because of their mission of happiness, commitment to giving back, and incredible company culture. Working with people who share my love for Delaware is both rewarding and fulfilling, and every day here is a new opportunity to share the joy of this amazing community.
 
Living in a Schell home has given me a firsthand view of the unique bonds these communities foster. If you can’t make it home from work to let your dog out, no problem—your Schell neighbors are there to help. And when Sunday rolls around, they’re always ready to come over and watch football together. We’re all like family, sharing in each other’s lives and embracing the connected, relaxed beach lifestyle that makes this area so special.
 
Outside of work, I enjoy playing pickleball, going to the gym, and hanging out with my friends. I’m here to make your home-buying journey both enjoyable and unforgettable, and I look forward to welcoming you to the beach life!
