We created the Schellebrity Club for YOU - our homeowners! Access to this club will allow you to enjoy discounts at the best restaurants, shops and services that our local areas have to offer. But you can ONLY enjoy them with your Schellebrity Club Card.

All participating businesses and discounts are listed on our website, and if you opt in we will periodically text you with limited-time specials. We will keep you in the loop about the hottest deals and best happenings around town.

How Do I Get a Club Card?

When you become a Schell Brothers homeowner, you will receive your Schellebrity Club Cards (2 per household please) in your Welcome Home package, which is delivered to you after settlement. If you lose your card and need a replacement just let us know.

Schell Brothers and our local partners ask that you please present your Schellebrity Card when taking advantage of a club member deal.

  • If you are in the need of a new card, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to help coordinate and provide you a new card.
  • We recommend checking with your server or store employee to confirm that there have been no recent changes to the deal of your choosing.
  • If you have any issues using your Schellebrity Club card and its listed deals, please contacts us in order to further assist you.

Once we verify that you are a Schell Brothers homeowner, you can pick up your Schellebrity Club Cards (2 per household please) at one of our main offices near you. We’ll also text you a virtual card if you’d prefer to use that.
