We visited The Chatham model and were instantly drawn to it. We have two small children, so we liked the ability to have them near us if we wanted or to have them in the bonus room or basement. The layout of all the rooms upstairs is efficient and well thought out - no space is wasted! We love the large stair landings, and the Family Center is an excellent option to have.
