HOA Fees
HOA Fees are $125 per month. HOA Fees include access to all amenities including clubhouse and fitness center, outdoor pool, pickleball courts, and multi-use sports courts, and common areas maintenance, trash/recycling, dock for kayak launch to Burtons Pond, ponds with fountains, sidewalks, walking trails, snow removal (roads only), school bus shelter.
