Homeowners Christopher and Maria Tooher were quick to point out the benefits of the neighborhood. \u201cWe chose Lightship Cove because it is situated in a rural and protected area yet still close to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants,\u201d Maria explained. \u201cWe\u2019ve already met many of our future neighbors and the community experience has been beyond wonderful.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On our first visit to Lightship Cove<\/a>, we were struck by the community\u2019s intimate scale and peaceful environment.
