“During the pandemic, we had a lot of things to consider,” Karen reflects. “With the kids leaving for college, job relocations, and thinking about the next steps for our son Andrew, who has special needs, we knew it was time to explore new possibilities.”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

After visiting family in Bethany Beach over the years, the Orlandos often dreamed about making Delaware home. Each vacation there felt like a breath of fresh air\u2014a retreat where they could unwind and feel truly at ease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
