I\u2019m getting excited for the event we are planning here in May to celebrate our first anniversary at Lewes Landing! Even more exciting is the progress we\u2019ve made in just one year! We currently have just 36 homesites left in the community and each one is AMAZING! I love that each site here is either wooded, backs to woods, or has a view of one of our ponds! I hope we can rent golf carts the weekend of our celebration so we can give tours of the neighborhood \u2013 Really I just want to cruise around in the golf cart with good company! =)<br \/>\n<strong>Our one-year anniversary event will be May 21<sup>st<\/sup><\/strong> so mark your calendars! Stay tuned for our theme and once-in-a-lifetime incentives (Yes, they will be that good).
