Whether you live here year-round or are thinking of packing up the car for a chilly weekend getaway, don\u2019t let this festive season pass you by without checking out a few of the events on our list!<br \/>\n<strong>Schellville Christmas Lane @ <a href=\"http:\/\/wonderfestde.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Winter Wonderfest<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>When:\u00a0<\/strong>Saturday, November 17 \u2013 December 31 (Check days\/times of specific happenings using the link above.)<br \/>\n<strong>Where:<\/strong> Cape May-Lewes Ferry Terminal &amp; Cape Henlopen State Park, Lewes, DE<br \/>\nFirst on our list is Schellville Christmas Lane and Winter Wonderfest, opening tomorrow evening! Take a stroll down our magical Christmas Lane, where children can play in fourteen tiny houses that include Santa\u2019s House, the Schell Diner, and a beautiful two-story Victorian, Jingle Bell Estate. Skate around the ice rink while you listen to live entertainment or hop on a carnival ride at the ferry terminal before heading over to the state park to see this year\u2019s Light Spectacular.<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ococean.com\/holidays-ocean-city\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Winterfest of Lights<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>When:<\/strong> Thursday, November 15 \u2013 December 31<br \/>\n<strong>Where:<\/strong> Northside Park at 127th Street and the bay, Ocean City, MD<br \/>\nBoard the Winterfest Express to see all of the sparkling lights throughout Northside Park, plus a 50 foot Christmas tree! Don&#8217;t worry &#8211; hot chocolate is served all around in the Winterfest Village pavilion to warm you up on those extra cold evenings. And make sure you get a photo with Santa before leaving!<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cffde.org\/santa-fun-run\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Santa Cause 5K &amp; Fun Run<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>When:<\/strong> Sunday, December 2<br \/>\n<strong>Where:\u00a0<\/strong>The Starboard, Dewey Beach, DE<br \/>\nWhether you choose the timed race or 1 mile fun run\/walk, this one is fun for the whole family! And the best part? 100% of the proceeds raised are donated to a great cause in our home state, Children &amp; Families First.
