{"id":6675,"date":"2016-12-28T10:09:10","date_gmt":"2016-12-28T15:09:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/blog\/?p=6675"},"modified":"2016-12-28T10:09:10","modified_gmt":"2016-12-28T15:09:10","slug":"coastal-club-record-breaking-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/blog\/2016\/12\/28\/coastal-club-record-breaking-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Coastal Club &#8211; A Record Breaking 2016!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6718 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/CC-Entrance-Blog-Header.jpg\" alt=\"cc-entrance-blog-header\" width=\"1320\" height=\"580\" \/><br \/>\nSince we opened in February 2015, Coastal Club has been on roller coaster ride! \u00a0By that I mean a super-duper fast, endlessly exciting, &#8216;can&#8217;t wait to do it again&#8217; sort of ride.<br \/>\nLast year we sold 50 homes in a stellar opening year with a large portion\u00a0of the community being just a pile of dirt! \u00a02016 has been equally as amazing, with a record breaking year, the completion of our outdoor pools, and oh so much more. \u00a0The community as a whole has surpassed any records from any single-family community past or present at the beach. \u00a0Not only that, but this year Schell Brothers at Coastal Club has surpassed any other\u00a0community for Schell during the calendar year. \u00a0With still time to go we stand at 69 homes for 2016! \u00a0Many communities languish in the 20s and maybe possibly reach the 30s but we&#8217;re closing in on 70! It is an amazing achievement but with its location to Lewes, community amenities, and innovative floor plans that boast\u00a0natural gas, basements and wooded home sites, it&#8217;s been a no-brainer to our homeowners.<br \/>\nNow we&#8217;re moving into 2017 and once again we must simultaneously look forward while\u00a0also looking back on an amazing 2016. So much has happened in such a short period of time, and believe it or not, we have even more\u00a0planned for 2017!<br \/>\n<strong>A Big Second Year for Coastal Club<\/strong><br \/>\nWe have SOLD OUT every home site\u00a0of our North Tisbury neighborhood. \u00a0We opened North Tisbury in July 2015 and it is (and will continue to be) a stand out phase for Coastal Club and Schell Brothers.<br \/>\n<div style=\"width: 1280px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-6675-1\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/CC-Homeowners-of-North-Tisbury.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/CC-Homeowners-of-North-Tisbury.mp4\">http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/CC-Homeowners-of-North-Tisbury.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div><br \/>\nOur outdoor pools opened this summer and I think you can see by the pictures they were a huge success. \u00a0The pools are all about relaxation and fun. \u00a0Our slide, pirate ship and splash area means our children&#8217;s pool has copious amounts of space for our families and children, big and small \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6712\" src=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/CCpoolparty5-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"ccpoolparty5\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6711\" src=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/CCpoolparty3-300x450.jpg\" alt=\"ccpoolparty3\" width=\"300\" height=\"450\" \/><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6710\" src=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/CCpoolparty1-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"ccpoolparty1\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><br \/>\nThe outdoor trail has been a huge hit again throughout the seasons and I never tire of getting in our golf cart to show off the wonders of Gosslee Mill Pond. \u00a0Just beautiful.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-6719 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/DSC_1902-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"dsc_1902\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><br \/>\nAgain &#8211;\u00a0because I can&#8217;t celebrate this feat enough\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0in total, we finished the year with 69 sales! This puts\u00a0Coastal Club\u00a0as the BEST\u00a0SELLING COMMUNITY AT THE BEACH, COUNTY AND STATE! This is truly remarkable and very humbling.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6720\" src=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/12.28.16-Coastal-Club-Site-Plan_master-01-300x232.jpg\" alt=\"12-28-16-coastal-club-site-plan_master-01\" width=\"300\" height=\"232\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Coastal Club Going\u00a0Forward<\/strong><br \/>\nThis year wasn&#8217;t all about sales though. In October, we began construction of\u00a0the new clubhouse which is scheduled to be completed by Memorial Day 2017. Driving into the community and seeing the clubhouse take shape is\u00a0pretty awesome. \u00a0My bias aside, it&#8217;s going to be a pretty special for our homeowners and their families and friends to gather. Our swim up bar structure is now in place and we are ALL looking forward to\u00a0Memorial Day when it will be up and running. \u00a0I see cocktails in my future! \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6721 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/CoastalClub-ClubHouse-Render-660x285.jpg\" alt=\"coastalclub-clubhouse-render\" width=\"660\" height=\"285\" \/><br \/>\nWe&#8217;ve also started our newest Coastal Club model! A Mayberry on home site 4 in Provincetown will hopefully be with us by Spring.\u00a0It&#8217;s going to have an amazing finished basement, courtyard, bonus room and bath&#8230;and all the jazz! \u00a0It&#8217;s going to be bittersweet and exciting to to hand over our current model home, The\u00a0Whimbrel, to Carol and Sam and begin a new journey in an equally amazing model and floor plan.<br \/>\nOn top of all this, 2017 will bring a new Schell Brothers product to Coastal Club. \u00a0THE TWINS ARE COMING! THE TWINS ARE COMING! These versatile\u00a0floorplans start\u00a0at\u00a01900 sq. ft. and feature a\u00a0master on the first floor.
