Looking at the floor plan and elevation renderings, I know\u00a0it&#8217;s going to be very special.<br \/>\nClubhouses, from our research and from feedback from our homeowners, need to be functional spaces for all different occasions. The <a title=\"Sawgrass North in Rehoboth\" href=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/sawgrass-north\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sawgrass<\/a> clubhouse is very much like our Schell Brothers <a title=\"Schell Brothers Floor Plans\" href=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/design\/#floorplans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">floor plans<\/a>. \u00a0Have a read and let me know if you agree.<br \/>\n<strong>Similarities between the clubhouse and our\u00a0floor plans:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>With an open plan, the space will be dictated by furniture, not walls, meaning the community can enjoy the clubhouse\u00a0as a whole.<\/li>\n<li>Just like my <a title=\"The Kingfisher at Sawgrass North\" href=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/listing\/380\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kingfisher model<\/a>, where\u00a0we added a wet bar, Sawgrass will have a &#8216;proper&#8217; bar! I foresee many Happy Hours where I&#8217;ll be bartending for our homeowners.<\/li>\n<li>Our <a title=\"The Mayberry at Sawgrass North\" href=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/listing\/432\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mayberry<\/a> and <a title=\"The Whimbrel at Sawgrass North\" href=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/listing\/377\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Whimbrel<\/a> floor plans, to name a few, ensure that every space goes un-wasted. \u00a0The same is true for the\u00a0clubhouse. \u00a0No meeting rooms that will never get used.<\/li>\n<li>The clubhouse also will feature an amazing courtyard with an outdoor \u00a0fireplace, seating areas, and a grill area. \u00a0The courtyard will connect both the indoors and the outdoors, very much like our own courtyards, which we have available in our <a title=\"The Kingfisher at Sawgrass North\" href=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/listing\/380\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kingfisher<\/a> and <a title=\"The Henlopen at Sawgrass North\" href=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/listing\/378\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Henlopen<\/a> floor plans. More importantly, it&#8217;s right next to the swimming pool, and\u00a0if you\u00a0don&#8217;t want to spend time in\u00a0the water, you can still hang out and relax.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Differences between the clubhouse and our\u00a0floor plans:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tiki bar. Need I say more? Our courtyard area\u00a0will have a space so I can bartend both indoors or outdoors. I&#8217;m thinking Hawaiian shirts, grass skirts,\u00a0and coconuts. Although we don&#8217;t have a tiki bar option available in our floor plans, maybe Chris Schell will read this blog post and decide to add them as an option.<\/li>\n<li>Our lighted swimming pool is going to be the crowning jewel of the\u00a0finished clubhouse, with plenty of space to relax or swim. Swimming is not your thing?
