First of all and most importantly I\u2019m NEW! Just kidding, but I\u2019ve recently teamed up with Johnny English, a.k.a. Adam Pettengell!! Now I\u2019m part of the Villages at Herring Creek team.<br \/>\nAside from the new partnership, the future phase is NEW. We\u2019re still pushing dirt and the roads aren\u2019t even in yet, BUT we\u2019re going to have 22 new home sites.<br \/>\nYou might say <em>that\u2019s great Frank, BUT what\u2019s new?<\/em> Well there\u2019s more&#8230;<br \/>\nNEW ponds in the future phase.<br \/>\nNEW wooded areas on home sites.<br \/>\nNEW half acre home sites, and extra land and tree lined.<br \/>\nNEW incentive of 20k.<br \/>\nNEW NO PREMIUMS!! On any of the home sites all of which can hold a basement.<br \/>\n(I challenge you to find anywhere else that can\u00a0announce that)<br \/>\n<em>Isn\u2019t it risky buying a NEW home in a new phase? How can you make me feel more comfortable in purchasing with you Frank?<\/em><br \/>\nEasy!<br \/>\nWe\u2019ve already written <strong>9<\/strong> contracts in the community! The <a href=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/series\/courtyard\/\">courtyard series<\/a> is flourishing and we\u2019ve got <a href=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/listing\/212\/\">Herons<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/listing\/195\/\">Mulberrys<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/listing\/198\/\">Kingfishers<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/schellbrothers.com\/listing\/251\/\">Sanderlings<\/a> already on the site plan. REMEMEBER, we still don\u2019t even have the roads in yet!<br \/>\n<em>Frank, that\u2019s not bad. I need to see with my own eyes though.<\/em><br \/>\nNo problem.
