For over 20 years, we've had this amazing tradition of giving kudos—a fun way to shout out someone who's totally rocked it or gone the extra mile. And let's be real, who doesn't love a little recognition for being awesome?

So, we thought, why keep all the kudos to ourselves? In 2018, we decided to spread the love beyond our team and bring the positivity to the communities where we build. And just like that, Project Kudos was born—a whole movement dedicated to sharing good vibes, one kudos at a time!
