How it works: Building a new home on your lot in Delaware with our Branch Out Division

Get started with building your new Schell Brothers home today by following these few simple steps.

Step 1: Work with your local real estate professional and Schell Land Specialist to locate and evaluate a homesite that is just right for you.

Step 2: Choose from one of our beautiful home plans that fit the dimensions of the homesite you have selected. Having trouble deciding which plan is right for you? Feel free to visit one of our many models to learn more about each home.

Step 3: Contact a Branch Out Sales Manager who will assist you in the purchase and building process, including every detail to make your dream home complete.

Step 4: Begin construction! Your construction manager will be with you every step of the way to make the build process fun and exciting. Your new home can be completed within 9 months of your purchase.

Since every homesite is different in size, shape, grade, etc., add approximately $25,000 to $35,000 for homesite variables. This includes many costs such as clearing, driveway, landscaping, utility connections, etc.
